Bent three
A bent three is the straight three's sibling: three empty points turning a corner, with one point inside that touches both arms. The geometry bends but the arithmetic does not — a single vital point decides the shape, and it belongs to whoever plays first. You take it and the space becomes two eyes; White takes it and the group is held to one. Black to play: make two eyes in your bent three.
